Word of the Day, ‘Fog’ #Tanka

This post was written as part of the Word of the day Challenge. The word for today is Fog. My entry is almost, but not quite, a Tanka, poetic licence…

She became a tree,

Because she preferred the woods

To concrete and glass.

Her feet were her roots, her hair

A tangled mesh of branches,

Dancing in the fog.
