Sunset from a plane #Poems

Sunset from a Plane

Fluffy clouds

Tinged with candy floss,

Hazy horizon,

Golden brushstrokes

Lighting my dreams.

Far below

Remote Earth,

Barely visible

Yet waiting,

Branches outstretched,

Rivers flowing,

Welcoming

My descent

To hell.
