SIRENS
Writer types first line:
August moon brings stormy tides
And Sirens luring
Spellbound sailors to large rocks
Where wondrous stories unfold.

I’m on holiday with my children and grandchildren, and I just can’t seem to find the time for anything outside the kitchen and the beach! No time to even read, chasing toddlers in the sand!

Sounds like you’re having a wonderful summer. Our big news is that I’m going to be a grandmother myself, at last! Loved this picture – could imagine some mermaid fins breaking the surface!

Congratulations, Noelle, that’s wonderful!
We rent a beachfront apartment every August, near where my daughter and grandchildren live, so the sea views are spectacular!
