How exciting is that???? Thank god, I’ve found you again. Many have been lost to me as my blog (thanks wp) went down for weeks. I’ve been searching. I’ll add you to FVD so I don’t lose you again! :):)

Oh I wish (re writing); good for you. Spent some time today reading to kids at a local hurricane shelter (Irma blew through where I am a few days ago and there’s been quite a bit of dislocation and some of us thought we’d provide a bit of distraction for the kids). And if I hadn’t been doing that, I’m pretty sure there still would have been no writing (lol …and sigh). The name of your blog caught my eye by the way. I recently read Jean Rhys Wide Sargasso Sea (a response to Jane Eyre) and blogged a review on my other blog – I can share the link if you want to check it out (have you read it?) – p.s. love Jane Eyre as well.

Thank you for your encouragement and comments. Yes, I’d love to read your review of WSS, please send me the link. I have reviewed WSS on my blog. The Eyre Hall Trilogy is unique in that it is the continuation of both Jan Eyre and Wide Saegasso Sea, so the characters and events in both novels are part of my characters’ past. What happened twenty years after they married is of course my own invention, based on the spaces and clues I interpreted and imagined in the original works.
